What we process, why, and your rights under the GDPR.

This policy explains what data we process when you visit top10tradingplatform.com, why we do it, and what rights you have. The controller is Atarax GmbH, Vienna, Austria.
When you arrive on this site from an advertisement, we record technical data about that visit so we can measure which campaigns work and so that a partner can correctly attribute a referral to us:
We do not ask for or store names, email addresses, passwords, payment details or identity documents. This website has no login, no registration form and no payment form. If you decide to open an account with a provider, that happens entirely on the provider’s own website under their privacy policy.
We process this data to operate and secure the website, to measure advertising performance, and to receive credit for referrals we send to partners. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and financing an advertising-funded comparison service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where cookies or similar technologies are not strictly necessary, we rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

These providers may transfer data outside the EU. Such transfers are covered by the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Links to providers on this site are affiliate links. When you follow one, the provider learns that the referral came from us and may set their own cookies. What happens after you leave our site is governed by that provider’s privacy policy, not ours.
Click and attribution records are kept for as long as needed to verify and settle referral commissions, and are deleted afterwards. Aggregated statistics that no longer identify anyone may be retained longer.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability.
